Igby's Friends and Family Opening.

Tonight 4EG's newest bar, Igby's on Sixth Street had their friends and family opening.
And we were on the list! We've been watching the progress of this place, and it looks
absolutely stunning. Remember our peeks here and here? We were really excited to finally
get to see what this gem actually looked like on the inside. Come on, let's check it out!

Look at that outdoor patio. Downtown Cincinnati needs more places with awesome patios.

There were a ton of people. We decided to head upstairs to see if it was less congested.




DJ Fuseamanina was dropping beats on the ones and twos...






And the upstairs wasn't any less crowded...



Back downstairs...


We got a couple Crispin Ciders and made our way towards the patio...


We finished our drinks and headed out. It was just a little bit too crowded and hard to
move for us. But we can't wait to come back and check this place out next week when
it's a little bit less crowded. But it's definitely one of the most gorgeous bars that
I've ever been in. Well done, 4EG! Well done. You've done it again. :)

Igby's two-year anniversary party.

Tonight, we went to the two-year anniversary party for Igby's...




It's hard to believe Igby's has only been around for two years. It feels like it's been part of downtown forever. Great place. Great night. :)

And we got $20 in 4EG gift cards just for showing up!

You can't beat that. :)

Igby's one-year anniversary party.

Tonight, Igby's was celebrating their one-year anniversary. It's one of our favorite bars
downtown so we thought we'd stop by and help them celebrate. Apparently, we weren't
the only people that wanted to help them celebrate...



The place was just as packed as it was when we went to their opening. And that's a good
thing. I get the feeling there will be many, many more anniversaries in Igby's future. :)

Jersey Boys!

All the way back in the middle of September, we got tickets for Broadway Across America's presentation of Jersey Boys at the Aronoff Center. It seems like we've been waiting forever and a day for tonight to finally roll around. Tonight is here and we get to see Jersey Boys!





And the show was simply incredible. It was one of our favorite shows that we've seen
at the Aronoff Center. Afterward, we met our friends Gretchen and Martin at link textIgby's.



Amazing night. It was definitely worth the excruciatingly long wait! :)

Another peek inside Igby's.

Here's another peek inside 4EG's newest bar, Igby's on Sixth Street downtown.

The place looks pretty incredible inside. Igby's is having a sneak peak social media night
on Friday, November 9th from 6-11pm. But we're going to the Friends & Family Opening.


This place looks like it's going to be awesome! And we can't wait to check it out! :)

After dinner, we went to Igby's to have a drink...


They're moving to Houston after the holidays. :( We wish them all the best in their new adventure. But we're sure going to miss them. :)
