After stopping at the Streetcar Open House, I went across the street to have a happy hour drink at the Righteous Room. They have one of the longest happy hours I've found: 4-8pm.
Via Vite's happy hour is pretty darn long too. From what I remember it's 3pm to 7pm daily with both drink and food specials. Plus you get to overlook Fountain Square. Tough to beat that.
Seriously. Very tough to beat overlooking Fountain Square. The only thing I don't like about Via Vite is that they don't have any beer on tap. But they have great food and an amazing atmosphere.
