Bullseye and The Polecats.

The creative director at work is the drummer in a band called The Polecats. They were
playing tonight at the recently rebranded, Bullseye. We made our way down Sixth Street
to check out both Bullseye and The Polecats.

It turned out to be a really fun evening. Bullseye wasn't half bad. Very entertaining people
watching. And The Polecats were a really talented cover band. You can't go wrong with
classic 80s rock! :)

Bullseye Bar & Fire Grill.

The carousel of restaurants that occupy the old Cadillac Ranch space continues to turn.
El Coyote has closed it's doors and in it's place opens the new Bullseye Bar & Fire Grill...

In the time I've lived downtown, it was Cadillac Ranch that first occupied that space and
then it became Cincy on Sixth, then it was El Coyote and now Bullseye. That space is like
the Bermuda Triangle of restaurants. And all but one of them featured a mechanical bull.
Coincidence? Probably not. :/

Seen and noted.

It looked like they were doing work on the space that used to be home to Cadillac Ranch – Cincy's on Sixth – El Coyote – Bullseye Grill at the corner of Walnut and Sixth Streets...

I wonder if something new is moving into that space? Or if they are just cleaning/dividing up the space to make it easier to lease? The space definitely doesn't have a track record of success. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :)

It's a sign.

Happy trails, Bullseye Bar and Fire Grill...
It's a sign
The ghost of Cadillac Ranch has caught up to you. That location at the corner of Sixth
and Walnut Streets downtown has become quite the black hole for bars and restaurants. :/

Oh, and "thank you to our valued GUEST." Singular. No wonder they had to close. Ha! :)
