It was once again, yet another great season of Reds baseball! And where the Reds had a disappointing season on field, this was definitely a baseball season to remember for us. Going to our first Redfest, getting out Phoenix to see three Reds Spring Training games, getting to take part in all the All-Star Week festivities: FanFest, the Futures Game, the Summer Block Party, the All-Star Concert, the Home Run Derby and of course, the 86th MLB All-Star Game. We got to go to the Reds Season ticket holder photo day. And sandwiched in around all of that, we set a new personal record high for Reds games attended in a season at 46 Reds games this year at GABP including the night the Power Stack caught on fire. We picked up EIGHT free LaRosa's pizzas thanks to #Ks4LaRosas. It was a really special season of Reds baseball. And I can't believe it's over already. :(
No, no. Thank you, Reds. Thank you for a summer filled with wonderful baseball memories that will last us a lifetime! And we can't wait to see you next season! :)

Pre-Home Run Derby festivities.
We swung back through MLB FanFest Monday to pick up a few souvenirs...

On our way from MLB FanFest down to the ballpark, we stumbled across another All-Star Week party at the corner of Race and 3rd Streets...

And they we serving up free Nathan's Hot Dogs...

Thanks for the delicious dogs, guys!

And back through the MLB All-Star Summer Block Party in The Banks...

Still more All-Star Week festivities!
After checking out the MLB All-Star Summer Block Party, we swung through Fountain Square to check out their All-Star festivities...

This has already been one of the funnest weekends in downtown Cincinnati. And we still have the Home Run Derby and the actual All-Star Game to go! :)

MLB All-Star Summer Block Party.
After the All-Star Future's Game, we broke camp and left GABP before the "celebrity" softball game got under to check out the MLB All-Star Summer Block Party in The Banks...

Those Budweiser Clydesdales were there...

So was their Dalmatian...

But the most amazing thing was the massive zip-line tower...

The zip-line extended down Freedom Way for about a block and a half. We stood there for the longest time just watching people hurtling through space overhead...

The whole Block Party was quite something. :)

SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game.
The thing about going to a Futures Game is that you don't really know who anyone is right now. It's only later when these guys break into the big leagues and start tearing it up that you'll suddenly recognize the names. This evening we watched the USA team roll over the World team 10-1 in the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game. Still, it was a great time with a lot of runs scored in an amazing atmosphere...

After the game, we checked out the MLB All-Star Game pop-up shop at GABP...

MLB All-Star Concert.
This evening we had free tickets to the Budweiser MLB All-Star Concert part of the Pepsi Music Series at Paul Brown Stadium...

Demi Lovato was performing in place of the incredibly ridiculous Ariana Grande...

We were really pretty surprised at just how many of Demi Lovato's songs we actually recognized. Of course, she did this one. And she put on a surprisingly good show. :)
