UPDATE: Turns out it's going to be a BRU Burger Bar. And based on the Lexington BRU Burgers menu, it looks like it's going to be awesome! :)

There's definitely something new going into the old Cadillac Ranch space at the corner of Sixth and Walnut Streets...
