Midpoint Indie Summer Series...
There weren't very many people on the Square this evening. We imagine that everyone
was up the street at Washington Park packed in like sardines for the first of this weekend's
three Lumenocity performances...
The headlining band tonight was called The Spiders. They were a David Bowie cover band...
We're not huge Bowie fans but know a nice handful of his more popular songs...
They played a couple of Bowie songs that we recognized. But most of what they played
was more obscure stuff. Or at least obscure to us. Nonetheless, it was definitely another
entertaining night of live music on the Square. :)
