Basketball Extravaganza at NKU. After a bit of research, we decided to start with what the
Cincinnati Enquirer calls one of the area's best fish fries. So we hopped in the car and
headed out towards the airport to hunt down Mary Queen of Heaven Church.
Apparently, the fish fry at Mary Queen of Heaven isn't any sort of secret. At all. We walked
in, rounded the corner and stopped dead in our tracks when we saw the line...
Wow! We had no idea that so many people turned out for these things.
We stood in line for around 45 minutes before we decided to cut bait and sail...
We went back to Dunker's. And had our Lenten Fish Fry there...
Really good stuff. And surprisingly, our fish ended up being less expensive that it would
have been at Mary Queen of Heaven. We'll try another Fish Fry next Friday, maybe one
a little less popular and closer to home. :)
