Keystone.
At work, we've run across the river a couple of times to Keystone in Covington for lunch.
They have really good quesadillas but they're known for their macaroni and cheese.

Go for brunch too. They have these potato crisp things that are ridiculous. Start with the vegetarian crisp and add a couple over-easy eggs. I've recently been loving the gravy train too. Couple that with good beers on tap or a great Bloody Mary menu [if you like them]. I love that place!
