I feel like I'm on one of those ghost hunter TV shows, "Could this be the spirit of a
rare parking meter ghost? And watch as it suddenly, inexplicably changed color..."
Wooooohhooooo! It scared geezus out of us. LOL.
I was hoping to use the word anomaly in this post but it didn't really work out so well,
