Tonight, Genifer and I went to Arnold's to grab a bite to eat. She had the Asian Chicken
Salad. I went for the three soft shell tacos. Delicious.

And we were treated to Ricky Nye on the piano with smooth jazz vocals by Dottie Warner.

Tonight, Genifer and I went to check out the 'Clones game versus the Toledo Walleye.

And thanks to my Foursquare, we got free beer coozies...

US Bank Arena got RickRoll'd. Classic. LMAO!

And despite having 41 shots on goal, The 'Clones lost 2-1.

But it was great to see another Cyclones game.

Win or lose, the Cyclones are always a lot of fun. :)

Almost every time we go on a walk, Milan gets a compliment about what a handsome and
good-looking dog he is. Or someone will ask what kind of dog he is and then comment on
how handsome and good-looking he is for a dog. He's my bud. :)

Pompilio's is famous for both their Italian food and for the scene from the movie Rain Man
that was shot there. We shared an Italian Panini and a Chicken Parmesan hoagie...

We went up to Ikea to look at dressers to better organize and maximize our closet space.

We got two Malm dressers. One for my stuff and one for Genifer's stuff. I'll post a photo of
our new maximized closet space just as soon as I've completely all the required assembly.

I completely forgot to post our weekly walk totals back on Monday, but last week we
walked a very commendable 23.8 miles.

And for the month of January, we were right on pace with prior months as we walked
a total of 100.8 miles. What can we say? We still love our walking. But it makes it
pretty easy to go on long walks when it's in the 60s! :)

So about halfway through my shoot at Freedom Center with the Attorney General, my
Speedlight SB-600 decided to die. It had new batteries and the whole bit. But it just quit
working. When I got home, I messed with it more and couldn't get it to work. Thankfully,
I have a spare. And I tested the backup out to see if it worked...

Milan thinks it works just fine. :)

Tonight, we walked down Seventh Street to the new Blue Wisp. You might remember
a few months back we went to the old Blue Wisp, soon be a parking lot for the casino.

The place was packed. It's great to see the Blue Wisp doing well in their new space.
Especially, when other establishments really struggled there. And we learned that
if your id has the zip code 45202 on it, they wave the cover.Awesome night. Great
music. We can't wait to go back to hear some more great jazz. :)

When we were at the Bearcats v. Villanova game a few weeks ago, I picked up two tickets
for us so we could see the number one college basketball team in all the land, Syracuse.

Because how many times do you get to see the number one team play in your backyard?
Case in point, all Syracuse had to do was knock off unranked Notre Dame this evening
for us to get to see number one on Monday. And... Syracuse got handed their first lost
of the season, 67-58. This means we don't get to see No. 1 Syracuse instead No.4 Syracuse.

Oh well, it's still going to be a great game. :)
